Position: Sales And Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore

Package: 4.80LPA to 6LPA

Dayshift- 10AM To 6PM

Work Experience: 4-6 years

Looking for a competent & confident professional with excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Should be able to Handle Sales & Geographical Marketing Strategies.

2) Counsel admission prospects on potential career and academic benefits.

3) Completion of Target and Generate revenue for the organization and Follow ups with Existing and New Customers consistently.

4) Update the status on workflow web application.

5) Track, organize and optimize processes at academy. Automation will be done by technology team based on the inputs provided by counsellor.

6) Be integral part of adding business intelligence data to our CRM applications.

7) Should be able to Manage Employees & Track the Works of the Employees sitting at Different Locations.

8) Manage Daily Reports & Co-ordinate with Employees in Achieving the Daily Goals.

9) Should be willing to work for Extended Hours if required.

Skills Required:

1) Minimum computer skills, including MS office.

2) Excellent communication and writing skills.

3) Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.

4) Should be a degree holder in any field.

5) At least couple of years of Sales Experience in any field
