Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Staffing Sales / Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to sales, business development, and client management within the IT staffing industry.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT staffing sales, business development, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
Skill Requirement
Proven track record in sales within an IT company, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present complex information concisely.
Approach to learn about company’s technical product and its features.
Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask.
