Position: AVP Investor Relations
Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10+ years
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven AVP Investor Relations to join a leading Edu-Fintech company at the forefront of revolutionizing financial management for education. This is a unique opportunity to manage investor relationships and drive growth within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an Investor Relations strategy aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors , analysts, and financial stakeholders.
- Communicate the company’s financial performance, strategy , and market opportunities through presentations, reports, and press releases.
- Lead investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Monitor market trends and investor sentiment, providing insights to senior management.
- Oversee fundraising processes, including legal negotiations , capital market opportunities , and funding agreements .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Legal, Risk) to tailor investment offerings and close deals.
- Organize investor events and create engaging marketing materials to attract new investors.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in Investor Relations , Finance , or a related field, preferably within Edu-Tech or Fintech .
- Strong understanding of financial markets , investment principles , and regulatory requirements .
- Excellent communication , presentation , and relationship-building skills.
- Proven experience in fundraising , capital markets , and preparing investor reports .
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business , or Economics (MBA or CFA is a plus).
