Job Overview:

ABResh Events, an event management company in India, is expanding its footprint into the international market. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investor Relations Manager to spearhead our investor relations efforts. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional who can foster strong relationships with investors, communicate the company’s vision and growth potential, and secure funding for new projects and expansion initiatives.


The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing investor relations for high-growth companies, exceptional communication skills, and a strong understanding of finance and the global market dynamics in the event management industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and its investors, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead investor meetings, presentations, and roadshows to showcase the company’s performance and strategic initiatives.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including quarterly earnings, project updates, and future growth forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial performance and provide data-driven insights to investors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and disclosure requirements in domestic and international markets.

Strategic Planning and Fundraising:

  • Develop and execute investor relations strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and expansion plans.
  • Identify and engage potential investors for specific projects, expansion initiatives, and capital-raising activities.
  • Drive fundraising efforts, including preparing investment decks, business cases, and related documentation.

Market Research and Industry Trends:

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment.
  • Provide strategic insights to the leadership team regarding market opportunities and risks.
  • Monitor and analyze investor feedback and sentiment to refine communication strategies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to align investor messaging with overall business objectives.
  • Provide updates to the leadership team on investor relations activities and key performance metrics.

Crisis Management:

  • Address investor concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their confidence in the company.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to handle market challenges or unexpected events effectively.
