Through volunteer-led initiatives like IGNi TE365, CLS empowers communities to listen, support, and heal together.certifiedlisteners.in | clsdonate.in | certifiedlisteners.orgThe OpportunityIf you believe that meaningful conversations can change lives — this role is for you.As Individual Giving Manager (Retail Fundraising), you’ll design and lead programs to acquire, engage, and retain individual donors across India through three key channels:Face-to-Face (40%)- Build and manage fundraising teams in major cities.- Recruit, train, and motivate field fundraisers.- Develop outreach scripts and monitor conversion rates.- Drive consistent donor acquisition and retention growth.Peer-to-Peer (40%)- Lead up to 6,000 volunteers annually through CLS’s i MPACT365 program.- Implement onboarding, training, and engagement systems.- Manage leaderboards, rewards, and volunteer recognition.- Collaborate with Marketing for toolkits and campaign tracking.Telecalling (20%)- Build and lead a donor engagement telecalling team.- Develop scripts, train callers, and monitor call-to-donation metrics.- Ensure accurate donor data capture in CRM systems.What You’ll Bring- 5+ years in fundraising, individual giving, or grassroots donor campaigns.- Experience managing large volunteer or donor acquisition teams.- Strong data tracking and performance management skills.- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Non-Profit Management.- Fluency in English (regional languages an asset).What We Offer- A leadership opportunity to scale India’s largest donor network for emotional wellness.- A collaborative, mission-driven international team.- Real career growth as CLS India expands nationally.To Apply- Please apply directly on Linked In with your CV and a short cover letter using the subject line: “Individual Giving Manager (Retail Fundraising)”
