About the Role
The Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across various departments at Y-Axis. This role involves strategic planning, team collaboration, and leveraging technology to optimize hiring processes and meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
o Forecast recruitment trends and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment:
o Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
o Ensure high-quality candidates are hired within agreed timelines.
3. Talent Sourcing:
o Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting to identify potential candidates.
o Build and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and networks.
4. Team Collaboration:
o Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft customized recruitment plans.
o Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
5. Leveraging Smart Recruitment Technology:
o Utilize advanced recruitment tools, AI-powered sourcing platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Darwinbox) to streamline recruitment operations.
o Implement smart tech solutions for resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview scheduling to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
o Stay updated on emerging HR tech trends and recommend innovations to optimize the hiring process.
6. Employer Branding:
o Enhance Y-Axis’s employer brand by creating engaging job advertisements and managing candidate experiences.
o Represent Y-Axis at job fairs, career events, and networking platforms.
7. Data-Driven Hiring:
o Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, etc.) to optimize the hiring process.
o Present recruitment reports and insights to the leadership team for decision-making.
8. Compliance and Process Improvement:
o Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
o Continuously improve recruitment processes and implement innovative practices to attract top talent.
9. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.
o Provide training and development opportunities to upskill the recruitment team.
Skills and Qualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience:
o Minimum 6-8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
o Prior experience in in-house recruitment is a must; exposure to international hiring is a plus.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS tools, and AI-driven recruitment platforms.
o Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools such as Linked In Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
o Familiarity with using data analytics tools to track and improve recruitment metrics.
· Core Competencies:
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
o Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and analytics.
o Expertise in negotiation and influencing skills.
