Zen Technologies Ltd is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a team of six professionals, overseeing both IT and Non-IT recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of talent acquisition processes, hands-on experience in recruitment within manufacturing and defense industries, and a track record of successful team management. This role requires a proactive leader who can drive efficient hiring processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with Zen Technologies' strategic objectives.
About the Role: Lead and mentor a team of six recruiters, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment activities. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and monitor performance to enhance the team's productivity and morale.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and hire top talent for IT and Non-IT roles within the manufacturing and defense sectors.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled professionals for future hiring needs.
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques, including online job portals, networking, industry events, and professional groups.
- Work closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment processes, ensuring timely and quality hiring.
- Conduct regular updates and meetings with stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and challenges.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
- Leverage recruitment tools and technology for data-driven hiring decisions and efficient team workflows.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience required and Minimum of 5 years of experience at a supervisory level in recruitment, with proven experience in both IT and Non-IT talent acquisition.
- Prior experience managing a team of recruiters, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Industry background in manufacturing or defense is highly preferred.
- Proficient in recruitment tools and systems, with strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software -ZOHO Recruit.
