Executive assistant to managing director

Communication Management: Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications effectively.
Calendar Management: Oversee the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Board Meeting Support: Assist in preparing documents and reports for board meetings and other executive-level gatherings.
Travel Coordination: Travel as necessary for meetings and engagements.
Marketing Support: Provide support related to marketing initiatives, including digital marketing tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate or executive office environment.
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines).
