Key Responsibilities
Communication Management: Handle and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications effectively.
Calendar Management: Oversee the Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
