Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Proven Experience of 3-6 years of total experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and follow ups
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
Previous experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar capacity is often preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applicants.
Required Education
Bachelors / Master’s degree with good academics
Essential/ Key Duties and responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with top management to develop and implement administrative strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
Leadership
Oversee and lead administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between various departments, facilitating effective communication and information flow across the organization.
Problem-solving:
Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and find innovative solutions to enhance administrative processes.
Calendar Management:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director. Manage the MD's calendar, ensuring optimal use of time and prioritizing important tasks.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Represent the MD in a professional manner in interactions with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Operational Duties
Communication Coordination:
Facilitate communication within the executive office and across departments. Screen and filter incoming calls and emails for the MD.
Meeting Logistics:
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room reservations, catering, and audio-visual equipment setup.
Time Management:
Assist the MD in managing their time efficiently. Prioritize and schedule tasks to maximize productivity.
Compliance:
Ensure that the executive office operates in compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in compliance-related tasks as needed.
