Job Title: Performance Digital Marketing Manager Location: Ridhira Group is a fast-growing diversified organization with interests in real estate, wellness, lifestyle, and hospitality . The Performance Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and scaling performance-driven digital campaigns across the Group's business verticals. The role demands expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, analytics, and digital growth strategies to drive measurable results in terms of leads, conversions, and ROI for projects across real estate, hospitality, and wellness .

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, and other relevant platforms.

Drive lead generation and conversions for Ridhira Group's real estate projects, hospitality retreats, and wellness offerings .

Manage campaign budgets, CAC, CPL, ROAS , and deliver strong ROI on digital spends.

Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure impactful campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Optimize campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages for maximum conversion .

Monitor Google Analytics/GA4, Tag Manager, CRM dashboards , and create detailed campaign performance reports.

Scale new growth opportunities such as influencer marketing, affiliates, and digital partnerships .

Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business priorities and brand positioning .

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.

~5–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing , preferably in real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors .

~ Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager .

~ Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) .

~ Proven track record of achieving lead and revenue targets through digital campaigns .

~ Ability to manage cross-functional projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
