
Sales and Marketing Manager for Industrial Batteries

We are seeking an experienced sales and marketing professional to lead our industrial battery division.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the UPS, Inverter, and Solar battery segments, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Buid relationships with key customers and partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Mentor and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and market trends
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Battery/Power industry
- Strong knowledge of the Industrial Battery Market and its different segments
- Prior experience in Channel Sales, OEM Sales, and B2B Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
Bonus Points:
- Battery Industry experience is highly desirable
