About the job We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Sales/Pre-Sales (EdTech) Are you an experienced sales leader ready to build, lead, and scale high-performing Pre-Sales and Sales teams at one of India’s fastest-growing Ed-Tech startups? Work from Office 6-Day Work Week (Weekends working, Week-off on weekdays) Languages Required: Strong communication skills in Telugu Excellent proficiency in English Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales/Pre-Sales in EdTech Proven experience of 3+ years in managing & heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams People with a systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines A sales mindset to effectively communicate NxtWave’s offerings to prospective learners and achieve revenue targets Sales experience in the EdTech domain is an additional advantage You can manage a team of Business Development Managers who in turn lead Business Development Associates guiding students in their career decisions You can instill empathy in your team to effectively communicate about high-paying career opportunities and drive sales-qualified leads You have proven experience in driving outcomes from Pre-Sales/Sales teams in achieving targets Directly responsible for the performance & growth of 5+ Manager-level & 50+ Associate-level Pre-Sales executives Lead teams of Business Development Managers & Associates to achieve sales-qualified leads targets Continuously monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rate Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and explain how CCBP 4.Take ownership of the entire Pre-Sales lifecycle for your team: outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management Ensure outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide constant feedback on lead quality Drive weekly and monthly sales-qualified lead targets Handle escalations and improve customer experience Make propositions, assign sales targets, and designate job responsibilities to team members The company is transforming students into skilled tech professionals through its CCBP 4.0 programs, offering learning in vernacular languages to improve comprehension and outcomes.
