Business Development Officer – Growth and Partnerships

Key Responsibilities:
Expert Acquisition : Identify and engage top professionals in fields like career coaching, wellness, finance, and more to join our platform. Build a diverse pool of experts to enhance the value of our offerings.
Partnership Development : Establish partnerships with professional associations, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to create a steady pipeline of verified experts.
Affiliate and Referral Program Management : Design and manage programs that incentivize current experts and users to refer others, driving organic growth and keeping acquisition costs low.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Analyze market trends to identify high-demand fields and explore new growth opportunities, such as expanding services to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
Revenue Growth and Monetization : Develop strategies to increase platform revenue, such as premium listings for experts, special packages, or corporate partnerships.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within digital platforms or service-based businesses.
Strong network within industries such as career coaching, finance, wellness, or related fields.
Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and developing successful partnerships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of building long-term relationships.
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to identify and act on growth opportunities.
