If you have a sharp ear for quality, process improvement, and coaching excellence — we’d love to have you on boardKey Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate admission counselling calls for quality, accuracy, and adherence to communication guidelines.- Identify gaps in product knowledge, tone, and compliance, providing actionable feedback and training recommendations.- Maintain call audit reports and track quality trends over time.- Collaborate with team leads to improve student interaction and conversion effectiveness.- Contribute to developing and updating call scripts, quality checklists, and communication frameworks.Requirements:- 2–4 years of experience in call quality auditing, training, or process improvement, preferably in the education or service industry.- Strong analytical, listening, and reporting skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools.- Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.If you have a passion for improving communication standards and enhancing student experience — this is your opportunity to make an impact
