Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in call quality auditing, training, or process improvement, preferably in the education or service industry. - Strong analytical, listening, and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel and call monitoring tools. - Willing to work on-site at NIMS University, Jaipur.
