Collaboration with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to business growth is also a key responsibility.QualificationsProven skills in business development, client acquisition, and closing salesStrong understanding of customer relationship managementCompetence in market research and competitive analysisEffective negotiation, communication, and presentation abilitiesProficiency in sales tools and technologyOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote settingExperience in the talent management and recruiting industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
