Sales Professional – Growth Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across various domains.This role requires strong technical understanding of automation systems, including Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Desigo/SIMATIC, and Allen-Bradley systems.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Building Management Systems, Industrial Automation, and Extra-Low Voltage Solutions.Engage with clients to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions.Conduct site surveys and requirement analysis to prepare accurate solution offerings.Develop and present proposals, system architectures, BOQs, and compliance statements aligned with automation platforms.Manage tender submissions and ensure full compliance with project specifications.Deliver presentations and demonstrations to support client decision-making.Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal submission, follow-up, negotiation, and order finalization.Build strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and repeat business.Key qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics engineering.5-7 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in BMS, Industrial Automation, and ELV Solutions.Strong exposure to automation systems, including DDC, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and integrated control solutions.Familiarity with ELV systems, HVAC automation, lighting controls, and energy management systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.Ability to manage multiple opportunities under tight schedules.Immediate joiners preferred from Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.Willingness to travel extensively across India.
