Description We’re looking for motivated talents, seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in Sales in a scaling organization. You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box so you’ll need to be great at working independently with great organization skills. Primary responsibilities are direct Sales through a 1 or 2 tier distribution approach. Relationships with the large GSI’s are desirable Targeting the biggest potential customers across the Market. Primarily verticals Telco/ISP& #39;s, High Education, Retail, Local and central Government. These prospects are either companies looking for DDI solutions or companies that are looking for replacing their existing DDI solution. DDI experience desirable or IT security. Deliver Sales in line with objectives that will be defined and agreed in a compensation plan. Sales revenue is made from Products, First Year Maintenance and Professional Services. Establish/maintain, appropriate relationships with the key players in the targeted GSI space. To make sure they adopt Efficient IP technology and are “certified” and confident with selling Efficient IP solutions. Make sure Efficient IP is giving a high quality of service in the territory and protect the existing maintenance renewal. Coordinate with headquarters, send the regular reports, follow the policies and processes in place. You’ll be great for this role if you have these qualifications: A proven software solution sales executive with at least 6 years experience, ideally: Educated to Degree + 4 years Successful track record selling complex software solutions in companies like: Software Vendors in the Security environment (F5, Fortinet, Check Point, Blue Cat,...) Providers of network Solutions Competition such as Infoblox, Blue Cat,... Hunting Profile Proven in a similar challenge of working large organizations, to quickly develop tactical deals in the short term that will form the basis for an enterprise wide relationship in the medium /long term. Good understanding of network solutions (e.g. IP Management, IP servers like DNS & DHCP) Ability to work in a small entity, in a start up mode. Ability to use a CRM / Sales Force Automation system (Sales Force.com, Siebel, Sugar,...). Good communicator with his manager with respect to sales opportunity analysis, accurate, timely forecasting and collaborating with other team members. Must be located in New Delhi.
