As a key member of the Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Chargebee’s Merchant Experience.Job Responsibilities:As Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision, aligning stakeholders, and owning the design & delivery of product capabilities to enhance the Charagebee Merchant Experience.You will be responsible for creating:Customer Discovery: Identify meaningful problems & opportunities, and translate them into clear product requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise and aligned with the product strategy.Product Roadmap: Own the development and delivery of the product roadmap. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise delivery of features to advance Merchant Experience on the Chargebee Platform.Documentation: Maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, marketing collateral and product announcements.Product Marketing: Be the product input to our marketing team to enable effective and impactful product marketing communications.Sales Support: Support the sales team with presales activities, including product demonstrations.
