Job Title: SAP Success Factors Project Manager (Expense Management & Employee Expense Claiming) Location: Bangalore, Hebbal Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week) Experience: 6 to 12 Years Budget: ₹24 LPA to ₹30 LPA Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Success Factors Project Manager with expertise in Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, customization, and management of SAP Success Factors modules, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. This is a key role for driving efficiency in employee expense workflows and managing project deliverables effectively. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to SAP Success Factors , focusing on Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming workflows . Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives. SAP Success Factors Implementation: Oversee the implementation and customization of SAP Success Factors modules , particularly those related to Expense Management . Ensure seamless integration of expense management processes within the Success Factors ecosystem . Design workflows for employee expense claiming and optimize the end-to-end process. Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for expense management and claim processing to enhance operational efficiency. Develop strategies to automate and streamline employee expense workflows . Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and IT , to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP Success Factors functionality . Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones and status. Generate detailed reports on expense management processes , project outcomes, and system performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP Success Factors implementation and project management . Strong expertise in Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming workflows within SAP Success Factors . Proficiency in managing end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP Success Factors modules . Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects. Strong knowledge of expense policy frameworks , compliance, and automation strategies. Familiarity with integration tools and experience in integrating Success Factors with other systems. Preferred Skills: SAP Success Factors certification is highly desirable. Experience with cloud-based systems and SAP analytics tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Excellent communication and leadership abilities .
