Key Skills & Experience:

  • Must have strong techno-functional knowledge of HR systems and understanding of HR processes and practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in SAP HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors Employee central, SAPHR, etc.
  • Project management or consultancy experience is a prerequisite
  • Attention to detail in understanding and addressing technical aspects
  • Preferably has experience in M&A activities within the HR domain, including system integration and data consolidation

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manages the technical aspects of the transition, including data migration, system configuration, and ensuring that the new HR product meets the organization's HRIS needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize the system to meet specific organizational needs.
  • Developing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Align and co-ordinate data synchronization and migration of data for various HR platforms (SuccessFactors/askHR, Reporting, etc.)
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with project manager and team members to outline project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring that follow-up actions are documented and completed.
