Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with expertise in Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will lead the implementation, customization, and management of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives. This is a key role for driving efficiency in employee expense workflows and managing project deliverables effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage projects related to SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming workflows.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  1. SAP SuccessFactors Implementation:
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly those related to Expense Management.
  • Ensure seamless integration of expense management processes within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Design workflows for employee expense claiming and optimize the end-to-end process.
  1. Process Optimization:
  • Identify and implement best practices for expense management and claim processing to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to automate and streamline employee expense workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
  1. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and IT, to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals effectively.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on SAP SuccessFactors functionality.
  1. Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project milestones and status.
  • Generate detailed reports on expense management processes, project outcomes, and system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 to 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and project management.
  • Strong expertise in Expense Management and Employee Expense Claiming workflows within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Proficiency in managing end-to-end implementation and customization of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of expense policy frameworks, compliance, and automation strategies.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and SAP analytics tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
