Our portfolio includes illustrious brands like Clavam, Pan, Pan-D, and Taxim-O, which feature amongst the top 50 pharmaceutical brands in India.Job Purpose:To manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP), operational Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and planning cycles, ensuring timely availability of Raw and Packaging Materials (RMPM) and supporting cross-functional teams for smooth operations.Roles & Responsibilities:MRP & Planning CycleExecute MRP runs and ensure timely material availability.Maintain planning calendars and adhere to operational S&OP timelines.RMPM Shortages & Follow-UpMonitor raw and packaging material shortages and take proactive follow-up actions.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply gaps.Cross-Functional Team SupportCollaborate with QA, Manufacturing, Demand Planning, Logistics, DRA, PD, and CQA teams to ensure seamless supply planning.Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders.Inventory & Data ManagementTrack inventory levels and ensure alignment with production plans.Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems.Qualification & Preferred ExperienceGraduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 2-4 years of experience in supply planning.Exposure to Pharma industry processes and ERP systems.Strong coordination and communication skills.
