Our R&D team designs and deploys robust floating platforms and hardware suited for Indian and global standards.Role OverviewLead the design and build of floating bodies and auxiliaries for offshore renewables — including floating solar platforms, service pontoons, and near-shore structures. The role combines design, materials engineering, fabrication oversight, and mooring system development from concept to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign floating structures (frames, decks, bulkheads, joints, stability, and buoyancy).Develop and test welded, bolted, and polymer joints (MS, SS, HDPE, composites).Design and size mooring and anchoring systems for metocean conditions.Optimize structures for weight, cost, stiffness, and corrosion protection.Oversee fabrication, QA/QC, NDT, and yard/site integration.Essential QualificationsB.E./B.Tech in Marine/Mechanical/Naval Architecture.4–12 years experience in shipbuilding, offshore, or floating-solar fabrication.Proven hands-on skills in MS and HDPE joining , leakproof compartment design, and structural calculations.Working knowledge of mooring design and field implementation.Willingness for yard/site travel and close coordination with fabricators.Preferred QualificationsPG in Naval Architecture / Offshore Engineering.Exposure to floating solar, near-shore structures, or workboats.Knowledge of composites, metocean loads, corrosion, and fatigue.Familiarity with vendor development for offshore components.Apply NowSend your resume (and optional project/portfolio files) to : Application – Senior Engineer, Offshore Renewable Structures
