Sales ManagerJob Location : UgandaKey Responsibilities:Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing strategic sales plans.Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities.Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and sales proposals.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company policies and pricing strategies.Track sales targets and prepare regular sales reports for management review.Participate in textile trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.Train and supervise junior sales staff if needed.Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, pricing, and volumes.Track competitors pricing, product and strategyDesired Profile :Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or related field.3–5 years of experience in textile or garment sales (domestic or international market).Strong knowledge of textile products such as fabrics, yarns, or finished garments.Proven sales track record and ability to meet/exceed targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Willingness to travel as required.Contact :Rina Arun /
