I’m looking for someone who turns relationships into revenue, keeps promises, moves fast, and cares deeply about client experience. If ownership, integrity, and intensity describe how you work, we’ll get along well. You’ve spent 8 to 15 years in Design & Build, Interiors, or GC. You know corporate interiors, you’ve closed deals, and you understand the Hyderabad ecosystem. You’re comfortable with numbers, proposals, BOQs, and negotiations. You keep a tight CRM and you follow through. This role leads enterprise BD, builds developer and company relationships, works closely with Design and MEP, and drives proposals to closure.
