Product Portfolio:
1. Advanced Warehouse management system (handheld, FIFO picking, cycle count etc. supported)
2. Multichannel online order and inventory management, which can be easily integrated with any of the leading ERPs
3. Omni channel solution to manage store delivery of online orders
4. Vendor panels for stock management across suppliers
Overview:
We're searching for someone who's not afraid to dive headfirst into challenges, bold and inspiring. The role is a thrilling blend of HRBP, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Organization Development and Employee Relations. The individual should definitely be a thinker, a nimble problem-solver, agile, resilient and having extreme ownership. Someone who has played any team sports in the past might have the right blend of attitude we are looking for.
The key responsibilities would be around the below mentioned pointers, however not restricted to them.
HR Partnering:
• Business Partnership: Build strong, collaborative relationships with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges.
• Talent Engagement: Develop and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives, including talent mapping, retention, and succession planning.
• Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent calibration.
• Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives e.g. restructuring.
Talent Management & Organization Development:
• Talent Development: Plan, design, organise and deliver comprehensive talent development programs, including leadership development, coaching, and mentoring.
• Organization Design: Conduct surveys & assessments and design effective organizational structures to drive business performance.
• Employee Experience: Enhance employee experience through On boarding new incumbents, recognition programs etc.
• Culture Building: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values and mission.
Employee Relations
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on disciplinary actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: MBA or a related field.
• Experience: Fresher, preferably with 1-2 years of experience in HR.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Technical Skills: Data analytics

Work on tough distributed system problems (large scale multi-tenancy, distributed coordination, scaling, engineering for high availability under varied workload patterns) in a large scale environment (100 MM hits/day, large clusters comprising 100s of AWS nodes)
Contribute to the evolution of our product portfolio atop our high performing SAAS platform. We help sellers & enterprises around the world automate their ecommerce operations via a suite of products: multi-channel order and inventory management, warehouse & vendor management, omni-channel etc..
Work in a tight-knit high performance team, alongside strong problem solvers graduated from IITs/NITs and other Tier 1 colleges with work experience from companies like Amazon, Microsoft, PayTM, Snapdeal, Makemytrip, Yatra etc. We have a flat hierarchy. Take end to end ownership of business projects and product features.
