Job Summary:As an HR Business Partner at McCain Foods, you will leverage your extensive experience to align HR strategies with our business objectives. You will act as a key advisor to management, enhancing employee engagement, optimizing talent management, and promoting a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement HR initiatives that support McCain Food’s strategic goals.Provide insights on workforce planning, organizational development, and business growth strategies.
Talent Management:Lead recruitment and retention strategies to attract top talent in the food industry.Drive performance management processes, ensuring alignment with our core values and business objectives.
Employee Engagement:Develop programs to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and implement actionable improvements.
Training and Development:Design and deliver training programs that build employee skills and support career development.Identify leadership development opportunities to cultivate future leaders within McCains Food.
Compliance and Policy Oversight:Ensure adherence to labor laws and industry regulations.Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures that reflect McCains Food’s values and culture.
Diversity and Inclusion:Champion initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.Partner with leadership to create an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered.
Data Analysis and Reporting:Utilize HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform strategic decision-making.Prepare and present reports to leadership on key HR initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HRBP roles, ideally within the tech industryStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.Proven ability to manage change and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools.Hands on experience on SuccessFactors . (minimum 2 years).
