This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Lead located in New Delhi. The Social Media Lead will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and growing social media presence across multiple platforms. This role involves overseeing daily content posting, analyzing performance data, and developing creative strategies to increase engagement, reach, and community growth. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creatively inclined, with a strong understanding of digital trends and audience behavior.

Social Media Strategy & Management

Plan, schedule, and manage daily social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments.

Ensure all content reflects the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.

Drive community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering meaningful interactions with followers.

Identify opportunities for collaborations, influencer partnerships, and co-branded campaigns to expand audience base.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth).

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy.

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with copywriters, designers, and video teams to create visually appealing and engaging content.

Experiment with new formats, features, and creative approaches to keep content relevant and innovative.

Identify relevant hashtags, challenges, and conversation opportunities for brand participation.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands, agencies, or media organizations. Proven track record of growing social media accounts and delivering measurable results.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).

Strong content sense — able to identify what will resonate with audiences.

Creative thinker with a knack for storytelling through visuals and captions.
