Product Marketing Lead (B2B SaaS)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Lead with a proven track record in Product-Led Growth and SaaS – B2B Marketing to establish and scale our marketing operations. This is a pivotal role focused on generating and converting leads into measurable revenue, while driving our brand and content strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in integrated marketing, content creation, and brand management, with a deep understanding of aligning marketing efforts with product release timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Marketing Operations and Strategy

§ Set up and scale a robust Marketing Operations (Ops) organization for a SaaS product with a focus on B2B marketing.

§ Develop and implement a data-driven product-led growth strategy to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion into revenue.

§ Create and maintain rolling six-month marketing plans aligned with the product roadmap.

· Integrated Marketing

§ Execute integrated marketing campaigns covering internal and external engagement:

- Product Engagement: Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure timely promotion of upcoming features and releases.

- Channel Management: Oversee social media, digital marketing, and other communication channels and platforms.

- Event Marketing: Plan and manage events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

- Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.

· Content and Digital Asset Management

§ Lead the creation and management of content in various formats, including videos, digital assets, website content, and blogs.

§ Oversee the curation, updating, and optimization of digital assets for marketing campaigns and ongoing engagement.

· Customer Engagement and Brand Ownership

§ Ensure seamless initial customer service through issue tracking, website inquiries, and FAQs management.

§ Take ownership of the brand's messaging, tone, and assets to ensure consistency across all channels.

§ Drive external visibility and internal alignment on marketing plans and activities.

· Team Leadership and Collaboration

§ Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with expertise in content creation, digital marketing, and brand management.

§ Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, especially product and engineering, to align marketing efforts with product development.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

· 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing & Digital Marketing with a focus on product-led growth strategies.

· Demonstrated experience in setting up and scaling marketing operations for a SaaS product.

· Strong expertise in content creation and digital asset management across formats and platforms.

· Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns covering digital, PR, events, customer engagement and experience in managing lead generation and conversion.

· Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to align marketing with product roadmaps.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
