Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Lead to help us deliver our value proposition to the right audiences. Your main mission will be to craft go-to-market strategies, ensure product-market fit, and position our products effectively in a competitive landscape. You will be responsible for identifying the right target market, defining our product features' value proposition, and creating promotional 360 campaigns. You must obtain in-depth knowledge and understanding of our key products, brand, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive product awareness across all marketing channels. Create a deep understanding of customer pain points, motivations, and behaviors.
  2. Develop compelling product positioning and messaging frameworks based on user insights, competitive analysis, and product differentiation that resonate with target audiences.
  3. Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and feature releases. Partner closely with Brand/communications, Media, Influencers, products, and Design to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Collaborate with the Product team and Marketing leadership to drive and prioritize the product roadmap based on PMF, growth potential, and ICE.
  5. Define ideal marketing support levels for each product and establish criteria for each tier of support.
  6. Support the Lifecycle Marketing team on channels definitions and implementing the best and most efficient strategy.
  7. Lead the development of product-themed landing pages for state-of-the-art messaging/positioning and optimal SEO.
  8. Define and refine target customer segments, including students, professionals, non-native English speakers, and more. Tailor marketing strategies to different segments to maximize engagement and adoption.
  9. Establish key metrics and measure the success of marketing campaigns and product launches. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies.

Ideal Candidate

  1. Proven track record of creating and executing GTM plans for product launches.
  2. A Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in marketing, advertising, mass communications, or any related field.
  3. At least 8+ years of experience in a marketing role. At least 3 years in the Product Marketing area.
  4. Subject matter expertise in our product and industry.
  5. Experience with B2C product and industry is mandatory. Additional experience with B2B is preferred.
  6. Ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.
  7. Experience as a Team manager. Geographically dispersed team management experience is a plus.
  8. Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and departmental goals.
  9. Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  13. Very good project management skills and organization.
