Eligibility Criteria:
Professionals with 2-8 years of experience in real-estate sales are eligible
Candidate must be familiar with Delhi NCR
Localite of Delhi NCR is preferred
Having a personal laptop is critical as it's a hybrid role
Salary Structure:
Fixed Salary(upto ~22k case to case basis)
Lucrative Incentives(Direct 10% of company revenue)
All travelling reimbursements
Bonus Point: There is salary revision after the first 3 months, basis performance.
Responsibilities:
Client consultation: Connect with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on phone calls.
Coordination: Schedule the site visits for prospective buyers and coordinate with sellers and respective city managers.
Relationship building: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Research: Find suitable properties for the clients and onboard new sellers.

Qualifications:
MBA Preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of the local real estate market is important
Should be open to travel ~3 days a week within the city
