The ideal candidate will bring 12 to 15 years of extensive experience in managingaccounting functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role heading the accounts department. This rolewill oversee accounting & bookkeeping, financial management & planning, ensure statutory compliance,manage banking & credit relationships, and guide a high-performing team to meet organizational goals.Key ResponsibiliesAccounts ManagementOversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, andreconciliations.Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.Maintain the integrity of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles.Review and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and reduce financial risks.Supervise timely entry of all financial data into accounting software (Tally/ERP)Banking & Credit RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and financial institutions.Manage daily banking operations including fund transfers,
