Finance and Accounting Expertise Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our organization as a Senior Associate – Management Accounts. Based in Indore / Mumbai, India, this full-time and permanent position offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our Management Accounts and its growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering multiple finance and accounting processes, including payments and disbursements, general ledger and sub-ledger accounting, A/R and A/P management, annual financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, and clients reporting. They will also provide support for statutory accounting and audits, prepare trackers, issue logs, and MIS, and escalate issues to leaders or seniors when necessary.

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will possess fluency in written and spoken English, strong communication and presentation skills, customer focus, and the ability to understand and interpret legal/regulatory concepts. They will be self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with a solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills. Meeting deadlines and working under pressure will also be essential responsibilities of this position.

Preferred candidates will have experience ranging from 3 -6 years as a semi-qualified Chartered Accountant, clearing CA Intermediate both groups. Knowledge of IFRS would be an added advantage.

  • Candidates with KPO/BPO background preferred.
