We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to lead our team's expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Identify and cultivate key partnerships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, leveraging negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Design and present compelling proposals and presentations to pitch products and services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1 year in business development or telesales, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with the ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
