About the Role:

At Wiselife, India’s first yoga brand , we’re on a mission to make wellness accessible, inspiring, and a part of everyday living. As a Performance Marketer , you will play a key role in driving growth by planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns that turn awareness into measurable results.

What you'll do:

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns: Run performance-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Drive Conversions: Build and optimize campaigns focused on generating website sales, traffic, and quality leads.
  • Optimize for ROI: Monitor budgets, bids, and performance to maximize returns and cost efficiency.
  • Experiment & Test: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to unlock new opportunities.
  • Collaborate Creatively: Work with design and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Track & Report: Monitor daily performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze Data for Growth: Identify trends, gaps, and strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign efficiency.
  • Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest in digital marketing, ad tech, and performance strategies.
  • Support the Ecosystem: Contribute to broader marketing initiatives including email, influencer, and remarketing campaigns.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1+ year of proven, hands-on experience in digital ad campaign management.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, remarketing, and funnel optimization (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
