Embrace remote flexibility and contribute to impactful campaigns that enhance digital visibility for healthcare providers.Work LocationRemote - Work from home.Position: Paid Ads Specialist (Google & Meta)Experience: Minimum 1.5 years in paid advertising campaigns.Role ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads Management:Execute and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns including Text and You Tube Ads.Collaborate on the design and content of landing pages.Structure campaigns focusing on ad groups and keyword strategies.Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns using detailed performance analysis.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics.Meta Ads Management (Facebook & Instagram):Oversee and run Meta paid campaigns focusing on lead generation, traffic increase, and direct messaging.Utilize advanced audience targeting and segmentation to maximize campaign results.Develop creative assets in coordination with the design team to optimize campaign performance.Manage the setup and ongoing adjustments of campaigns to boost effectiveness.Research and implement industry best practices to stay ahead of trends.Client Servicing:Maintain regular communication with clients to manage and align on project expectations.Manage client onboarding and monthly updates, ensuring a smooth and consistent service delivery.Address and resolve any client escalations promptly and effectively.RequirementsProven experience (min 1.5 years) managing Google PPC, You Tube, Facebook, and Instagram paid ad campaigns.Demonstrable ability to continuously learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.BenefitsFull-time remote position, providing flexibility and work-life balance.Standard five-day workweek.Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience and skills.Generous paid time off, including holidays.Access to cutting-edge digital marketing tools and technologies.Why Join Growth Pixel?Work in a flexible, remote environment that supports your professional and personal growth.
