Job Description -
The candidate should have a very clear concept and visibility of Sales & the various related aspects prevailing in the Mutual Fund market. Should have a very strong communication skill, excellent product knowledge, convincing attitude, smart, energetic, hardworking, target driven, result oriented, soaring passion for sales activities, quick learner, amicable and has an excellent liaison maintaining capacity.
● Acquisition of new customers for our products.
● Creating and managing the distribution franchise comprising of individual agents, corporate distributors and brokers
● Responsible for achieving productivity targets for numbers & Value
● Maintain and deepening relationship with brokers / partners
● New broker empanelment
● Maintain monthly & quarterly sales activity plan and ensure flawless
execution
● Regular Broker/Distributor/Agent/Branch visits/support in sourcing liability
business
● Proactively engaging with distributors/brokers for increasing their deposit
allocation
● Strategy and Plans for new distributor tie-ups
● Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition.
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidates must be a B.Com or any Graduate.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably RM's specializing in the field of distribution / channel management in AMC/Mutual Fund / Financial Services.
- Having good relations and contacts with top clients and distributors is a must.
