_Urgent requirement for a Real Estate Division of the Most Reputed and Legacy Firm in India_Designation: Team Leader Sales - Closing (Luxury Residential Sales)Job Location: GhansoliBudget: Upto 40 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)Shift: Dayshift - 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)*Qualifications & Skills:*●Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.●Experience:12–15 years of core residential real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role handling closings in prime locations in Mumbai.*Skills:*●Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.●Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage elite clientele.●Strong command of CRM systems (especially Salesforce), documentation, and RERA compliance.●Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury housing market, buyer behavior, and sales psychology.*Position Summary:**Team Leader – Closing role involves leading a team of Closing Managers, converting high-potential leads into successful closures, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience.
