Position Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to enhance the hospital’s online presence, drive patient engagement, and increase brand awareness. The role involves planning campaigns, managing digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring a strong digital footprint in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the hospital’s goals, including patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Align digital marketing initiatives with overall hospital marketing objectives.
  1. Website and SEO Management:
  • Oversee the hospital’s website, ensuring a user-friendly experience with relevant, up-to-date content.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  1. Social Media Management:
  • Manage and create content for all hospital social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Engage with the community through social media campaigns, posts, and responses.
  1. Content Creation and Management:
  • Plan, create, and oversee engaging content across digital channels, including blogs, videos, newsletters, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the medical and administrative teams to create educational and promotional materials.
  1. Digital Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
  1. Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign outcomes, and actionable insights.
  1. Patient Engagement:
  • Develop strategies for online patient engagement, including email marketing, surveys, and community forums.
  • Monitor online reviews and manage the hospital's reputation on platforms such as Google Reviews, Yelp, and Healthgrades.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with the hospital’s marketing, PR, and administrative teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers as needed.
  1. Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and adhere to ethical standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling patient-related content.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and achieving measurable results.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Familiarity with website management tools (CMS, WordPress) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively
