Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) who will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening business relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales, safety solutions, and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities across industries for EHS consulting and audit services. Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, safety heads, and decision-makers. Present Safety Zest’s services and solutions through client meetings, calls, and presentations. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations. Track leads, manage follow-ups, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Represent Safety Zest at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Engineering, or Environmental Science). 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for EHS, sustainability, and workplace safety is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives. Exposure to leading clients across industries.
