Ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and conversion to drive growth across multiple product lines and industries.Responsibilities:Supervise and mentor the inside sales team; set and track daily/weekly KPIs.Oversee quotation accuracy, turnaround time, and follow-up discipline.Coordinate with Product Managers, BDMs, and logistics for pricing, stock, and delivery.Maintain CRM/ERP hygiene and streamline sales workflows.Present key performance reports directly to management.Resolve escalations and enhance customer experience.Minimum Qualifications:4+ years of experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain management in the electronic component and/or semiconductor industry. OR 6+ years' experience in inside sales, key account management, purchase or supply chain in the industries related to electrical and/or industrial automation and/or electronic manufacturing serves (EMS) and/or cable harness and/or related functions.
