Job Summary:
The Quality Assessment and MEL Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our educational programs. This position will be responsible for assessing course quality, analyzing student feedback, generating actionable insights for program improvement, and producing comprehensive impact and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for improving educational outcomes.

Responsibilities:
Quality Assessment:
Develop and implement frameworks for assessing the quality of various courses and educational programs.
Conduct regular audits and evaluations of course content, delivery, and learning materials.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness.
Observe and analyze teaching methodologies and student engagement.
Feedback Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret student feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
Identify trends and patterns in student feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
Present findings and recommendations to program managers and instructors.
Data Analysis and Insights:
Analyze program data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure program impact.
Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance program design and delivery.
Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
Track and evaluate student learning outcomes.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL):
Develop and implement MEL plans for various programs.
Monitor program implementation and track progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
Conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Facilitate learning and knowledge sharing among program stakeholders.
Reporting:
Draft comprehensive impact reports for internal and external stakeholders, including institutions and verticals.
Prepare weekly reports summarizing program activities, progress, and key findings.
Create visually appealing and informative dashboards and presentations.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of data.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with instructors, program managers, and other stakeholders.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss program quality and improvement.
Maintain good relationships with external institutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, statistics, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in quality assessment, MEL, or program evaluation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, R, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in drafting reports and presentations.
Knowledge of educational best practices.
Experience with creating surveys and data collection.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the education or training industry.
Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS).
Experience with qualitative data analysis software.
