Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our educational programs. This position will be responsible for assessing course quality, analyzing student feedback, generating actionable insights for program improvement, and producing comprehensive impact and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Quality Assessment:
    • Develop and implement frameworks for assessing the quality of various courses and educational programs.
    • Conduct regular audits and evaluations of course content, delivery, and learning materials.
    • Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness.
    • Observe and analyze teaching methodologies and student engagement.
  • Feedback Analysis:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret student feedback through surveys, interviews, and other methods.
    • Identify trends and patterns in student feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
    • Present findings and recommendations to program managers and instructors.
  • Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Analyze program data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure program impact.
    • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to enhance program design and delivery.
    • Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
    • Track and evaluate student learning outcomes.
  • MEL and Reporting:
    • Develop and implement MEL plans for various programs.
    • Monitor program implementation and track progress towards achieving desired outcomes.
    • Conduct evaluations to assess program effectiveness and impact.
    • Draft comprehensive impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.
    • Prepare weekly reports summarizing program activities, progress, and key findings.
Requirements:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in quality assessment, MEL, or program evaluation.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
