The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within the organization. Additionally, the Recruiter will coordinate with hiring managers, manage job postings, and ensure a smooth hiring process. The Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate databases, attending career fairs, and assisting with onboarding new employees.Qualifications- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates- Strong interview and communication skills- Proficiency in managing job postings and working with applicant tracking systems- Ability to coordinate and work closely with hiring managers- Organizational skills for maintaining candidate databases- Experience in attending career fairs and other recruitment events- Familiarity with onboarding processes- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field- Prior experience as a Recruiter or in Human Resources is preferred
