Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Executive / Consultant to support our sales team in creating new business opportunities in the staffing industry. This role involves researching target companies, generating leads, and engaging prospects through emails, calls, and presentations. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through research, cold calls, cold emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team with potential clients
  • Support sales in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Achieve and exceed targets related to lead generation and client engagement
  • Keep CRM records updated with leads, activities, and client interactions
  • Work closely with recruiters and sales managers to align client needs with staffing solutions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (staffing industry experience is a plus)
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead research tools
  • Strong communication skills for emails, calls, and presentations
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively
  • Demonstrated ability to generate quality leads and support sales closures
