Key Responsibilities
The role is critical to ensure area store sales, store-level profitability & KPIs.
Evaluating existing operations and developing appropriate strategies to increase standards of customer service.
Monitor existing SOP adherence and implement new SOPs/alter to optimize operations to ensure high efficiency.
Communicate and regularly achieve sales targets for a team of store managers while working with high standards of operations across the region.
Recruiting, training, personal grooming, and motivating the sales staff and store managers
Evaluate and analyze performance both—store-wise and employee-wise, using key metrics and come up with solutions to improve them.
Traveling to stores to conduct your duties on-site, as needed.
Perform detailed analysis of new market trends, consumer behavior, and competition in the market.
Assist the marketing team in carrying out promotional activities.
Acknowledge escalated customer queries timely and effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience as an Area manager - Retail.
Education - graduation is must, post-graduation in business administration preferred (retail management or a similar field).
This role involves traveling, 3-4 days/week traveling.
Candidates from beauty and personal-care background will be preferred.
