Job Title- Technical Recruiter
Location:- Ahmedabad, GJ Onsite
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented US Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, top talent for various roles across the United States. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and account manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a wide range of positions, including IT, engineering, finance, and other industries.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, databases, and other tools to identify potential candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and account manager to understand hiring needs and expectations.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends in the US job market and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in an RPO OR Staffing agency or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including sourcing platforms like Linked In Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and Monster.
Familiarity with US employment laws and visa processes (e.g., H1 B, OPT, CPT, C2 C, EAD).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for specialized roles in IT.
Familiarity with international hiring and visa sponsorship processes.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
