Role Overview: One of our Dubai based client ( Hafla - ) is looking for a talented Event Venue Associate. As part of the venues team, you will support our Dubai-based category manager in handling venue-related event inquiries. You’ll assist event planners by shortlisting suitable venues, coordinating with suppliers remotely, and managing CRM updates to ensure accurate data flow.

Shortlist event venues as per client requirements and share options with planners.
Coordinate with venue partners remotely to collect availability, pricing, and package details.
Maintain venue database (capacity, layouts, minimum spend, F&B inclusions, etc.).
Track inquiries, responses, and booking confirmations in CRM.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or Event Management (1–4 years of experience).
fluency in English & Hindi (Arabic a plus).
Good understanding of events and venues; prior hospitality/event experience is preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Sheets for data management.
Exposure to a wide range of exciting events and projects.
